Gerard Nauta from Planders has been tasked with providing change management support to the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration in further developing and implementing Management Information and Risk Management as part of the MIRM program.
In recent years, Gerard Nauta has been responsible for shaping and implementing "new" behavior in various organizations or their departments with a focus on promoting exemplary behavior (motivating stakeholders, making talent visible and acknowledging it). With this experience, he engaged in discussions with the Belastingdienst and established a collaboration on supporting their Management Information and Risk Management program (MIRM) with change management expertise.
